They are meandrous in the extreme. But because they are on the radical Left, that gets maximum downplay or ignored in the MSM. The SPLC does that too.
Other groups, like the Brown Berets, La Raza, or MEChA aren't listed either.
Those are all Hispanic nationalist groups that are racists. They are the epitome of the SPLC's hate group definition. They aren't listed either. There's plenty more on the Left that the SPLC doesn't list because they're politically aligned.
