“It is so important for the public to perceive us as neutral, nonpartisan,” because “public confidence is really all the judiciary has. That’s our currency,” Justice Jackson said during a wide-ranging conversation with a federal judge from South Carolina at the American Law Institute’s annual meeting in Washington.

Justice Jackson’s comments hint at what appear to be frayed relations among some of the justices as the court prepares to issue its final rulings, many in deeply consequential cases, before the term ends in late June or early July.

If they want to be perceived as neutral and non-partisan, they have to start acting like it. It's a maga majority court now.

LOL. Jackson says this... Nobody perceives her as nonpartisan. Not even you, Hume.

Thanks for telling me what I think.
That isn't telling you what you think.... It is stating a simple fact. Nobody alive thinks that Jackson is anything other than partisan.

This would be like Thomas saying you need to be nonpartisan... okay... but clearly they are both partisan.

lol. No. First I have to pretend that I cannot see that the sky is blue. Then have the sky tell us that all colors should be grey... Post an article with the sky telling us that everything should be grey... even though we can see the damn sky isn't grey...

Then I'd have to get all bent out of shape if someone told me the sky was blue and that even I could see the sky was blue... Then I'd be posting like Hume.

Just one example of how she is the "most partisan?"
