Sure but that is a Magat lie you are spreading. That case was adjudicated in court and exposed as complete bullshit. So much so the DoJ refused to even try to defend that accusation they made against him, as they knew they could not and it would expose their manipulations and lies and abuses, if they tried.
It is almost unprecedented for the DoJ to level such serious charges, get a Grand Jury indictment and then REFUSE to defend it in a court of a law and just let the person get a not guilty and worse a 'vindictive prosecution' ruling which is a ruling that says the DoJ abused it power and trust.
