Much of the base oil comes from either the Persian Gulf or South Korea. South Korea is using all its crude oil to produce other products, so they are not replacing the base oil. It is not 60% bad, but it is bad.
Qatar solely ships helium by ship, so they have not been shipping. The helium on the ships currently in the Persian Gulf has evaporated, and Qatar has stopped producing helium. Worse yet, there has been damage to their facility.
Qatar says it will take 3 to 5 years to completely restart production.
