He starts with a generalized statement. She then gives three specific examples that contradict his statement and the cartoon makes it sound like this disproves the generalized statement in the first panel.

It doesn't. Instead, it shows there are exceptions to the first statement made. That doesn't invalidate it, but rather just shows that as a generalization there are clear exceptions.

Offer any proof there was "voter fraud" in 2020. 60 cases trump and his thugs brought to try to challenge the election - some of the cases brought before judges HE appointed - all rejected.
