You gave a list of programs or initatives, not examples of the alleged actions.
An example would be, say, giving a mediocre Black pilot a job instead of better qualified White pilot as Kirk alleged.

Those programs are inherently racist and sexist. Affirmative action gives certain races and genders advantages in college entry, job access, etc.
In terms of college admissions, it has long been known and even legally proved that certain races, particularly Blacks, have been granted admission to prestigious universities over more qualified applicants who are the 'wrong' race. Ivy league schools have even been hit in court for taking poorly qualified applicants over far better qualified Asians because too many Asians were applying.
I still see no examples.
I'll give you that one. However give an example of that with names.

As if we should be comparing two sets of politicized values. Maybe you should ask which party milks values more. I'd say Republicans have overmilked the pro-life issue without having enough true pro-life values to keep it straight. Democrats aren't milking as much; sure, there is a lot of inclusiveness, but they aren't trying to contort the separation of church and state like Republicans are.
