BEFORE WE START. THERE ARE TWO IMPORTANT PRINCIPLES I WANT TO EMPHASIZE FOR YOU.
PRINCIPLE ONE:I am going to use the Black African American population in the US for my example. The first point is this: African Americans have a lower AVERAGE IQ (85 points) than White (European Americans (100 points). AND IQ ("g-factor", general intelligence) is the fundamental; root of ALL the problems associated with Black-White racism in America.
PRINCIPLE TWO: The next most important fact to grasp is that just because Black African-Americans have a low AVERAGE IQ of 85, that does not mean every individual Black in the US has an IQ of 85 points, there are numerous Black Americans who have superior IQ: Thomas Sowell is one, Ben Carson is another, ditto Barack Obama (although Obama, unfortunately, misused his intelligence/ There are many others like them, though they are quite uncommon within the Black population0. The point to take away is that the low average IQ that American Blacks have - of 85 - means that a relatively high proportion of the Black population in the US have an IQ of 85 or below. Don't bother to say that IQ testing in the US is culturally- biased or scientifically flawed in any other way. The American Military have been researching IQ measurement since before 1914. and the bottom line is that professional IQ tests are accurate, valid and reliable, and they DO measure a real psychological factor called "INTELLIGENCE" So what's intelligence? I you and I say that such and such (e.g. Ben Carson) is a SMART person, then we're saying that this person is intelligent (in the IQ score context).
I've got no problems with saying America would be a much better place if its population had remained 90% White (of North/West European origin or descent, for instance English, German, like it was at the Founding and through to the 1960s.
African - Americans, though only 13% of the US population, today, have caused nothing but trouble since 1865. They have a low average IQ of 85, which means they are dysfunctional in an advanced, industrial Western society. The majority of them fail in every major domain of society: poverty/low income, homelessness, single-mother families, unemployment, crime. welfare dependency, education, antisocial behaviour (i.e., "Ratchet" culture) Successful life outcomes in a Western nation like America are positively correlated with IQ. Low IQ is directly linked to failure in EVERY major life domain.
If the money that has been spent providing government benefits/welfare/programs for Blacks in America since 1965 - and we are talking about many, many trillions of dollars) NONE of which has NEVER resulted in ANY substantial overall socioeconomic improvements in Black American society had been invested in White (European)American society, can you imagine what improvements could have been achieved. Improvements in infrastructure, improvements in schools and education, improvements in telecommunication, improvements in prosperity, improvements in the quality of healthcare services and access to them., improvements in crime rates.
Low average Black IQ is also the major cause of "Black Fatigue. "Black Fatigue" is the modern social phenomenon that refers to ordinary, well-behaved White Americans being repeatedly exposed to the offensive behaviours of Blacks in public to the point that they are now fed up and exhausted. These offensive behaviours include loud, profane speech, creating "scenes" including; abusing staff and other customers (and even) brawling in restaurants, in subway cars., on buses, at airports. at amusement parks, in department stores, I have, also, read reports about members of the public complaining after groups of "Ratchet" Blacks had been swimming in municipal swimming pools in the community. It appears members of the public enjoying the pool had been mortified when "floaters" (floating turds) began to appear - bobbling on the surface of the pool water. A lot of this bad behaviour is a direct consequence of a lack of good manners/ Good manners are essential for a civilized society, and they all basically boil down to showing RESPECT for other individuals when you are near them in public - to being CONSIDERATE of how your behavior affects other people around you - to, - to BEING COURTEOUS. The case of persons with low IQ, they often have a problem with a lack of normal/effective. impulse- control/ Poor impulse0control means a tendency to act without pausing to consider the consequences of your behaviour.
ARICAN-AMERICANS, LOW IQ, = OW IMPULSE-COMTROL
Most White (European descended) people in America REALLY don't like to see regular displays of extreme BAD MANNERS in their society. That is why this whole "BLACK FATIGUE/EXKAUSTION: thing has become a trope on "You Tube" and other social;-media platforms. Alot of this behaviour is directly linked to IQ as follows....
IQ correlates with Brain size, the larger the average brain volume of a racial group, the larger their average IQ.
White European Americans have a larger average brain volume than African Americans, that is why they have a higher average IQ (of 100) than the average Black IQ which is 85 points.
So, the average African American brain is less developed and sophisticated than the average White (European American) brain. You could say that the average African - American brain is more PRIMITIVE (or less highly "evolved") than the White (European) American brain. I mean this in this following sense, .......Automobiles in America in the 1930s could do all of the same basic things that brand - new automobiles purchased in America today can do. There are people in America who love restoring old cars and they will no doubt tell you that their fully- renovated, 1936 Packard 120 is perfectly roadworthy, and that they drive it all the time on roads, highways and freeways in America. Nevertheless the 1936 Packard will feel a bit "clunker:" to drive than a new 2026 Corvette ZR1X, the Corvette is more evolved than the '36 Packard; it will have better handling, higher performance, be more mechanically reliable, have better fuel efficiency than the Packard, require less professional maintenance, be safter to drive and so on. So, in terms of its mechanical and electrical engineering sophistication the 1936 Packard is a more PRIMITIVE automobile than the 2026 Corvette.
THE SATISFACTION OF PLEASURE -- A DEEP, PRIMITIVE INSTINCT IN THE HUMAN MIND
One of the most primitive drives/urges in the human mind, is the desire to GRATIFY pleasure, and to do so IMMEDIATELY. By GRATIFY PLEASE, I mean experiencing the feeling of pleasure that arises when you satisfy a desire or an urge that you feel.
For instance, suppose you are cruising around the "Food Court "in a big mal. In the "Food Court' there are lots of different kinds of super-tasty food that you really like on display. like: Gourmet Pzza, French Pastries; Southern Fried Chicken, 30 different flavours of ice-cream and so on. When you see this food, you will feed a desire to eat it. You will want to buy some of your favourite foods and then scoff them down your pie-hole straight away because this will provide immediate gratification of pleasure. that is, as you chomp away on your gourmet pizza or chocolate eclairs you will experience feelings of pleasure.
But - to use the example of food - if you cruise around eating tasty (sugary, fatty) food whenever you see it to experience the feeling of pleasure that eating it gives you - then you could end up turning into a fat pig or an obese porker. this is what has happened to Black African - American women in the US. In America today, the US Department of Human Services has calculated that an incredible 80%- or 4 out of 5 Black women are considered overweight. Of these 56.9% are clinically OBESE. the problem with being one of these fat or obese women is that they are prone to ddevelop medical conditions like High Blood Pressure, type-2 diabetes, joint pain and so on Also, the Obese Black women in America, I have regularly seen on social media are not exactly contributing to the beautification of the environment, are they?? (I don't know how these Chub-Chickens manage to have actually have sex in a romantic relationship?? Their husbands must have to roll them in flour in the bedroom to find the CRACK ((!!!!!!

This example is drawn from real life insofar as i do live close to a famous Australian coastal strip that features town called "Noosa." For quite a while, Noosa, was a get-a-way destination for Hollywood celebrities' have seen Tom Cruise there, Sean Connery, Jennifer Aniston (shopping in a local supermarket_ and so on. They are attracted by the luxury accommodation, the weather, the surf beach and the beautiful natural landscape the town was built in. Oh yeah, the other feature that attracted then, was that Noosa is a relatively small and relatively isolated town. Someone like Tom Cruise could hang out in Noosa and he wouldn't have to worry about mobs of screaming fans disturbing his privacy or peace and quiet.
Also, "Noosa" is kind of posh (expensive) - Australian "white-trash" can't afford tp go on vacation there, etc,) . Because of this, there are always plenty of beautiful (and HOT !!!) girls swimming in the ocean and sunbathing on the main surf beach; which brings me to my example...,
Suppose you are a healthy (and heterosexual) and on the weekends you surf at an idyllic beach where the weather is always sunny. As you walk to the water with your surfboard you notice a beautiful young woman who is sunbathing topless on the sand (topless sunbathing is common on this stretch of coast in Queensland) all she is wearing is a flimsy, tight-fitting bikini bottom. This girl looks to be in her early 20s; she has long, blonde hair, buxom, perky titties, a slim but sexy curvaceous figure and a divinely - sculped ass that also looks nice and TIGHT. But if you are swimming in a public pool and you feel the need to poop, you cannot just crap where you are in the water, because it is a disgusting and unhygienic thing to do/ You must control the impulse to feel to immediately shit into the water/ You must stop and think..."if we drop "floaters" in the water of this pool there will be negative consequences for us. The security cameras will no doubt identify us as the pool "poopers" and we could find ourselves in big trouble !!!" (That is basically what happened in this case, the pool water "Crappers" were identified and all permanently panned from using the pool in the future).
This was an example of how the ability to defer immediate gratification of pleasure, which is sometimes referred to as SELF-CONTROL or SELF DISCIPLINE or SELF-REGULATION) for long-term goals in the future is preferrable to behaving impulsively and immediately gratifying their urge/ desire for the feeling of PLEASURE (be it sexual pleasure or the pleasure of eating rich, tasty foods, or restraining yourself from hanging "Floaters in the local, municipal, public swimming pool.
