No. And Tulsi is NOT a conservative. She is 'whatever she needs to be to try and gain power'.

That is not hyperbole. She will change again tomorrow to the Dem party if she thinks that is the best path to get elected.

But the reason i do not believe her is she is using very generic language with no specifics.

Numerous university, Big pharma and gov't labs across the world handle and deal with all sorts of 'dangerous biologicals'. There are layers of 'secure facilities' dotting the US that can do it. These ARE NOT made public for very obvious reasons, because they could then be targeted by radical individuals against that type of work, or terrorists.
