I've said it consistently and it is hard to count the biggest wins Iran has got in Trump's MOU surrender document but near the top is how Iran will get to diversify their income away from just mainly and solely Oil revenues.
Developing key secondary and third revenue streams as Trump is conceding to them (below and the 'reconstruction fund which would be deployed on major infrastructure rebuilds taking more than a decade to complete) means Iran comes out of this Trump war MUCH BETTER OFF than they went into it and set to emerge as a true regional rival to Israel, in decades to come, in that region.

If anything it is Trump propaganda (fact) and HE SIGNED the MOU giving Iran access to the new revenue source.
That is documented fact in the signed MOU.

Who Iran or the US?
If you are asking about Iran - they are still fighting as Israel is still targeting Lebanon in violation of the MOU. BTW Israel was not consulted by the US nor did they agree to stop attacking Lebanon and Trump just assumed he could speak for the nation of Israel and commit them and they would agree. Trump is learning now that just as Iran laughs at him and his threats and demands, so to does Israel. They both give Trump demands the middle finger while showing he has no cards. Also Iran realizes the more this is stretched out the more desperate Trump will try to bribe them by improving the offers and conceding even more.
If you are asking about the US - they are not so much messing with the cease fire as Israel is forcing their hand. it plays out like this :
- Israel sees even the slightest chance of the peace deal being cemented and launches an attack they know Iran MUST respond to
- Iran responds and hits Israel, and US allies and assets in the region
- The US then feels they MUST respond to that Iran attack or look weak.
Israel recognizes the escalation trap as clear and how easily they can trigger it, and so they keep doing it.
