It's inoperable anyway.Why does the glorious Trump State Fair have such a tiny and crappy ferris wheel? It's what you would expect at a small county fair in rural South Dakota.

During this performance, a zoom in on the guitarist glasses showed the "crowd" that was there listening and watching.
