Unity is a big one. Conservatives focus on all people equally, they just move the whole country fwd. "All ships rise with the tide". Leftists are divisive and hateful.

I think one of the big reasons that leftists divide and pander is that the left is generally opposed to individualism. For the left, the individual is meaningless. Groups such as gay, black, hispanic, trans, et al are important to the left - individuals are not. The worth of a person to the left is purely based on what group they are part of.

It's really just pragmatism at a national level.

If you think that grown men need to dress up in short miniskirts to read to other people's children, or that they should be able to change in the women's bathroom, that's not pragmatic: it's selfish and pathetic. If you think that defunding the police makes sense, then you have no idea how investment works.

Modern leftists are horrible, small, dishonest people.

1) By the time that Trudeau finally had to resign in shame, even some voters from left-of-centre were against him, despite the heavy lifting from the CBC and other MSM grovellers here. You could walk this country for years and not find a single conservative voter who supported vax-fascism.
2) There are a lot of Canadian conservatives with a healthy disdain for "others" - i.e., leftists.

You don't get to decide if you're conservative. Your words will tell us who you are and disdain for JPP strangers isn't a good start. There are a lot of good folk here.

What did you do to support the trucker freedom convoy? It's a simple question that will tell me if you stand up to fascism with direct action or if you're here to provide lip service.

We gave money to friends who went there, and were extremely vocal supporters within our own community, as you can probably tell, but not everyone can take weeks off of work to travel 4,300 km across the country.

Why would you even care if I physically went to Ottawa and supported the Freedom Convoy? As a leftist, you were definitely aligned against them.
