Yes Hurricane RELIEF is based on the Stafford Act, what does that have to do with them being a natural disaster that happens almost every year?
YES if you would pay attention you would know HURRICANES happen down south almost EVERY year, and Hurricane season has only started, it gets the worst about Sept.

If Red states get it why aren't the Blue states getting it?
States that send in the most money to the federal government and don't get anything near what they send in back.
Most of that money goes to Red southern states.
