Mental health care and testing. Start in schools as a means to prevent teen suicides.

Over 30 years ago the Democrats focused on gun bans. If they'd focused on better mental health assessments of school kids to prevent suicides, after proving itself, colleges and businesses would be using it. The side benefit of assessing people for being suicidal is that it also captures people who've become murderous.
