Trump causes U.S. weapons stockpiles to become dangerously depleted

Another thing is that this war has proven beyond any doubt that the F-35 is shit.....it is a hanger queen (very labor intensive to keep operational), the lack of range is a serious problem, and its so-called stealth is useless.

That aircraft carriers are obsolete makes this all worse.

Iran's new ballistic missiles may be why Trump would rather negotiate. These missiles don't simply follow a ballistic arc. They can change direction during re-entry.That's why THAAD and Patriot systems are failing to intercept them. It's like a ballistic missile with a steering wheel... headed straight for US targets.

Washington and Tehran have no way out of this war except to eventually stop shootingMatthew Hoh's answer on the off-ramp was BLEAK. There isn't one...No NATO army takes Moscow, no Marine landing seizes southwestern Iran from Kuwait, and nobody in 2026 can define what victory between nation states would even look like. The shooting simply tapers off.Which explains why Tehran feels no urgency. Eight years against Iraq built a doctrine of patience: hit hard in the opening days, then throttle down to fifteen or twenty-five ballistic missiles and a hundred drones daily, a pace it can hold indefinitely while the other side flies sorties from Missouri and the UK. Only one party in this war has the option of going home.Matthew reads the new squadron deployments the same way.Airframes are breaking, crews are spent, and those reinforcements exist to keep the current tempo alive. The part that should unsettle Americans landed last: a future spent burning one or two percent of GDP forever hardening warehouses and substations, because in a world of cheap drones there may be no other answer.

F-35s are not being used in Iran, Chicom.
You are describing Chinese carriers.

Mindless cut and paste.

Unless Trump essentially surrenders, it will end after mid-terms. Iran is going to drag this out to fuck Trump and Republicans.

Israel may "end" it, from their side, sooner since elections are in early October.
