Look at the Jack Smith prosecution and what Jim Jordan said was the reasoning and you realize just 'saying words' will lead this Congress to refer you to the DoJ for prosecution, if you are on Trump's enemy list. Jordan admitted Jack Smith told the truth but basically said ' he should of knew what information we wanted and volunteer it and thus he was being deceptive'.

There is no defense lawyer, NONE, who would allow their client to speak knowing that very act of truthful speech is getting prosecuted.

He cant talk because the Trump Justice department is desperate to indict him. If he speaks under oath, and what he says can be interpreted in a way that could be twisted to seem like a lie, he would be indicted so fast your head would spin. They would do what they tried to do to Comey. It would cost Fauchi money and time and he is in his eighties. Would you like to spend your last few years fighting bogus charges Trumped up by the current Justice Department?

Here's a thought on that alleged long term damaging effects of the Covid vaccine. It's AI's thought:

"Serious long-term effects from COVID-19 vaccines are exceedingly rare, with most typical vaccine side effects resolving within a few days."

My impression from what I've read and what I've seen for myself aligns with the above, that the vaccines did much good and little harm.

To date, there has been no scientific peer reviewed paper that proves HIV=AIDS. A paper put out by French (I believe) scientists proves CORRELATION, but NOT CAUSATION.

- Noted cardiologists like Dr. Peter McCullough warned of the long-term effects of the Covid vaccines. Essentially a smear campaign was launched against him DESPITE the fact of the FDA on record warning of potentially dangerous side effects of the vaccines. While the positive proponents of the vaccines tout millions vaccinated with small negative effects, the yearly numbers of cardio-deaths for those vaxxed increase bit by bit, yet little to no coverage of that.

- Fauci pleaded the 5th, "explaining" that since the committee questioning him was plainly bias, all the questions were rigged against him. Hmm, that's the excuse heard by EVERY career criminal since the heyday of La Costra Nostra. That this joker okayed the use of AZT in his initial combat of AIDS and his deplorable mandates during COVID should warrant at least posthumous stripping of his medical license and titles (IMHO, of course).
