So to summarize the article, the prediction is that trump will go from never getting a majority of the popular vote, to having a super majority, like 90% of the voters support him. he will achieve this by going from a lackluster failure to an unbelievable success. The key part of that is unbelievable. Rather than paying taxes, in this fantasy world we get money from the government. Somehow the government would have to generate so much money in the next year, as to pay off all the debt, and to have a surplus.
And the time frame we are talking about is a year. It would take at least a year to get the Constitution amended. And trump would need to be running by this time in two years. That leaves a year to have a century's worth of growth.
That much growth would tear apart society. It is not going to happen, but if it did, most people would not be happy. That much growth in the hands of government would make us even less happy. So even if trump were somehow able to do it, he won't, there is no way we would amend the Constitution to make us suffer more.
