If this is true, then Iran doesn't have long

Now I will freely admit I am no oil expert, but it does make sense. Iran has no where to put the oil that is flowing and it isn't like it is a water faucet that you can just turn on and off.

Knowing that Iran only exports two things; oil and islamic terrorism, eventually something is going to have to give on the former. Also, China takes about 80% of Iran's oil, so even though some ships are squeaking through, it has been a major disruption.

At what point do the ChiComs start putting pressure on Tehran?

Iran's bet play here is to pretend to bend the knee and then wait until 2028 and hope for a compliant democrat to take office and reverse everything Trump did and let Tehran go back to enriching uranium behind everyones back.

A well known liar is saying that.

I am glad you had the instinct to say, "if this is true." You know he is likely lying again.

do you have any specific refutation of what he said?

you claim to read all of the experts on Iran so surely you have some insights and can do better than just calling someone a liar and moving on.

That isn't adding to the dialogue is it Veruca?

It is not true. We have capped and reopened our wells in the past.

You’re treating a Twitter thread as if it’s an oil‑market analysis. The actual data doesn’t match the narrative. Iran isn’t running out of places to put oil they’ve been storing excess crude on tankers for years, and production can be throttled. It’s not a garden hose. China doesn’t take ‘80%’ of Iran’s oil either, estimates vary widely because of sanctions‑evasion shipping, but no reputable source puts it that high. If you want to argue there’s a major structural disruption, post the export numbers from Kpler, Vortexa, or the IEA. Without that, it’s just speculation dressed up as certainty.

Oh, yeah. We've got Iran on the ropes now!
Not.
