Yes thats true but thats exceptionally rare and has nothing to do with the fact that women are identified by the ability to bare children and produce eggs. Even when they stop being able to do so they are still women.
The courts also once slavery was okie dokie. Id suggested its a horrible idea to use legal definitions as a basis for a sensible argument given the courts failure on slavery.

No it doesnt. Youre trying to stake a claim on truth based on a legal premise. Slavery wasnt okie dokie because it was legal. The law can say a tranny freak is a woman but the truth of it is they arent. Laws make something legal not true
