Trump Hid In A Crate When He Left NATO Summit

Because I know you consistently prove you can't read nor comprehend anything you post that translates into much, much higher taxes and lower services in blue states. You know, the ones already losing companies and populations due to high taxes. Red states, already enjoying the increase in their state coffers due to this would just grow even more economically. My go are you stupid. I mean that in a good way....
More unsupported "feelings" from you devoid of citations and facts and meanwhile...
Summary of Reality as compared to that assertion
  • Tax Flight Exists, but "Collapse" is a Myth: While high-tax states like California and New York have lost residents and businesses to lower-tax states like Texas and Florida, the sheer economic size of these blue states keeps them highly solvent. They continue to generate massive revenues that keep their state coffers strong. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Red State Growth is Tied to Blue State Capital: The booming "state coffers" of red states are directly fueled by the migration of businesses and individuals bringing wealthy, blue-state capital with them. [1, 2]
  • The Dependency Paradox Remains: If federal spending vanished entirely, the loss of trillions in net wealth transfers would immediately throw the budgets of many red states into severe deficits. This is because red states historically rely much more on federal programs to fund their basic services. [, 2]

Really? Must have missed that. Post it one more time. Just the question.
No you did not miss it. You are just too stupid to comprehend it.

Again this is the statement you made
Sailor said:
Wrong again. If there was not so much federal funding, military, yada, yada in blues states they would be broke.

I posted it and asked google to fact check it and then posted the reply.

When you fail to understand it again, i will simply repeat AGAIN i have already told this.

If you want to show it's not a fact you need something better than your half ass opinion. Blue states could lose more than 25% of federal funds and still be far more productive than the Mississipi's, Alabama's and West Virginia's of America.
Yup.

He offers nothing but his feelings as unsupported opinions devoid of any facts or substantiation. Statements only.

Meanwhile you can google search all the data yourself with ANY SEARCH ENGINE or use AI to quickly aggregate and you will see overwhelming the data that Blue States feed the Federal coffers generally and Red States generally rely on it, in the way welfare recipients do to meet their needs.

If Blue states ceded from the country tomorrow the federal government would not be able to fund Red States to anywhere near the same level and they would struggle financially to exist.

If Red States ceded, Blue States would instantly be much richer as the cash they generate and that is sent to Red States then stays with them.

But this wasn't any crate. It was a special crate, a super crate the nicest crate anyone ever saw. People would line up for a chance to go on airplane trip in this crate.

He used the press corp and his remaining aides as bait.

Cowardly move.

And what do you think you sound like pointing at someone else yard being a mess while your own yard is twice as messy?

You come across as an empty hypocrite who EVERYONE should ignore as you will ignore your 'side' doing something while crying crocodile tears about the 'others' doing less.

So give us a reason to give a fuck about what you say, you empty shill.
She sounds like someone named Karen, that what.

Former staffer mocks 'coward' Trump with photo of him hiding in a catering cart

On top of his head.

Fartin' Martin's been confronted with the facts about his OP twice, but he won't admit it.

I'll make it 3 times.

Accurate characterization of what actually happened?

No, the characterization “Trump hid in a crate” is not accurate. It is a mocking, dismissive exaggeration from the justplainpolitics forum thread (and similar online jokes). The actual reported events involve a standard airport catering truck/container as part of a deliberate security deception, not a wooden crate or box.

According to detailed accounts published around August 10–11, 2026 by The Washington Post (primary source for many outlets), The New York Times, and others citing U.S. officials and reviewed material:

  • After the NATO summit in Ankara, Turkey (July 8, 2026), Trump publicly boarded the older (“legacy”) blue-and-white Air Force One Boeing 747 in full view of cameras and waved, consistent with his public statements that he would use it for the first leg home “for old time’s sake” while the newer Qatari-gifted plane went to RAF Mildenhall so troops could see it.
  • Minutes later, on the far/opposite side of the aircraft (out of public view), Trump and a small group of aides exited into a hydraulic airport catering truck/container—the elevated vehicle normally used to load in-flight meals and supplies. The container was raised to the door, then lowered and driven a short distance across the tarmac to a waiting U.S. Air Force C-32A (a modified Boeing 757).
  • The C-32A (flying under a nondescript call sign with tracking transponders off) carried Trump to RAF Mildenhall in Britain. The older Air Force One, carrying the White House press corps and some staff who believed the president was still aboard, served as a high-profile decoy. Reporters were told to close window shades.
  • The switch was driven by intelligence of a credible Iranian assassination threat (or threat targeting the president/his plane) amid escalating U.S.-Iran hostilities at the time. Similar (if less elaborate) decoy tactics have been used historically (e.g., Clinton in 2000).
White House responses framed it as using “every tool at our disposal” against threats; Trump later remarked to reporters about being “number one” on Iran’s list and referenced dangerous flights. Critics (including some Democrats) called the ruse unusual or “surreal” and questioned using press/staff as unwitting decoys; supporters treated it as prudent security.

The justplainpolitics thread title and posts (“hid in a crate,” “special crate,” “super crate,” jokes about fatness/fitting in a box, “frightened,” abandoning others, etc.) deliberately flatten a professional security transfer via a large, elevated catering vehicle into a cartoonish image of cowering inside a shipping crate. That is rhetorical mockery, not a precise description of the reported mechanics or the intelligence-driven context.

In short: the core event (secret plane swap using a catering truck as cover amid an Iranian threat, with Air Force One as decoy) is what major outlets reported based on officials and documents. Calling it “hiding in a crate” is inaccurate spin.

But it was a nice crate, they said so in the OP.

I want to know what the motivation was to tell those aboard to shut their window blinds (or whatever they are called).

Was that so that no one notice Trump going to the catering truck?

Was that so they would not see an incoming missile?

Any chance the Washington Press will decide to do a little journalism now and then now that some of them were used as bait?

They were also lied to....re Trump being on the plane......I mean these fuckers constantly say things that are not true......but being lied to in this way might cause some thoughts.

What a surprise. JewNo! lied.

Fact check: Did POTUS "sneak off AF One and leave his staff to die" while he was whisked to safety"?

No. The phrasing is a hyperbolic, partisan characterization of a real security operation; the core facts do not support “sneaking off to leave his staff to die.”

On July 8, 2026, after the NATO summit in Ankara, Turkey, President Trump boarded the older (“legacy”) Air Force One (VC-25A) in view of cameras. Due to a reported credible Iranian assassination threat amid ongoing U.S.-Iran hostilities, he and a small group of aides then exited via an airport catering truck on the opposite side of the aircraft (out of camera view) and transferred to a nearby Air Force C-32A for the flight to RAF Mildenhall in the UK. The older AF1—carrying White House staff, support personnel, Secret Service elements, military crew, and the press pool—flew as what officials described as a decoy. Trump later rejoined the group in the UK (appearing to deplane from the older aircraft) before continuing home.

Key details from reporting (Washington Post first detailed it; confirmed/echoed by other outlets including CNN, AP, and Trump’s own later comments):

  • The move was driven by Secret Service and military assessments of the threat. Trump has stated he followed their direction (“I go by Secret Service and the military. They wanted me to go in a different flight, different plane”) and has claimed the plane he actually flew on faced greater risk.
  • Passengers on the older AF1 (including some senior staff such as Secretary of State Marco Rubio in at least one account, plus press) were not informed of the switch or the specific threat level that prompted it. Window shades were ordered closed. No attack occurred.
  • Critics (including some former officials and media voices) have called the passengers “decoys,” “bait,” or “unwitting” and questioned the ethics and alternatives (e.g., fighter escorts, full disclosure of risk, or different mitigation). Supporters and security professionals note that the president’s protection is the overriding priority in such scenarios, deception is a longstanding tool in presidential security (precedents exist for decoy/secret movements under prior administrations), and the threat assessment justified the measures.
No evidence supports a claim that Trump “left his staff to die” as a deliberate act of abandonment or that staff were knowingly sacrificed. The operation was a security shell game under threat conditions; the older aircraft flew the planned route with its usual complement while the president was moved for protection. Rhetoric framing it as personal cowardice or intentional endangerment exceeds the reported facts. Primary sourcing remains the initial Washington Post reporting and subsequent confirmations/statements.
