It doesn't matter who they hate. All that matters is they DO hate. That makes them a "hate group," and therefore a group that should be listed by the SPLC. Except the SPLC won't do that because their politics align with BLM's.

Pro tip, look into the filings we already seen come out, where over and over the very 'payments' they made to informants inside groups were often in coordination or conjunction with the FBI or local police and that follow a LONG HISTORY of payments to inside informants to break groups. In fact, if this goes to court (unlikely as it will likely be dismissed on pretrial motions) they will show evidence of dozens if not hundreds of instances of local and FBI doing the same thing they are accused of.
And cite the REPEATED cases of libel they have lost.

By your logic, the ADL is a hate group because it recognizes antisemitism.

You are wrong. The ADL points out actual cases of antisemitism. BLM claims that the reason--among others--Blacks don't do well in America is because of White racism. That is, they are directly racist in their views and blame other races for their own problems. This, for example, is why they keep calling for reparations.
