I have not seen the details of this case but in the prior one, based on the same premise, we can see it is an absolute shit can of a case that will almost certainly get dismissed before reaching court as many of the instances where they accuse them, they were working with or informing the FBI or local police of which informants they were paying and working with and in many instances the FBI or local police were participating.

They were secretly funding the very groups they opposed to keep those groups active. That in turn allowed them to use those groups as a basis for asking for donations.
They've already lost repeated cases of libel, and now they're getting fraud charges heaped on.
