The DOJ has ARRESTED the former CFO of the Southern Poverty Law Center on FRAUD CHARGES

I doubt they're just going to try and push he back into the ocean...

Don't they want to save the whales?

Apparently paying informants is a bad thing.
Despite the fact that it is a regular tool of the FBI and Police Departments across America who do the same.

I have not seen the details of this case but in the prior one, based on the same premise, we can see it is an absolute shit can of a case that will almost certainly get dismissed before reaching court as many of the instances where they accuse them, they were working with or informing the FBI or local police of which informants they were paying and working with and in many instances the FBI or local police were participating.

I don't get it. Is pointing out hate groups a bad thing? Don't they consider NOI a hate group?

Selectively pointing them out while studiously avoiding doing it to groups you are politically aligned with, like the SPLC does, along with drumming up additional ones through secret funding is a bad thing. That's why the SPLC is in deep, deep, shit at the moment.

Ill ask again and I am sure you'll give the same canned answers.

What groups would that be?

There is nothing wrong with being a partisan advocacy group focused on the specific issues of certain groups and focusing on the groups who hate and attack them.

See above.

Also cite what you mean by "secret funding" (anonymous donations??) and why such funding 'if secret' is bad?

And the SPLC is no more deep deep shit than James Comey or Letisha James is of which you thought both were in such deep shit at their first indictments that you were predicting they would plead to guilty, to get reduction and not risk court. Something i told you at the time was laughably stupid as i predicted it would never get close to court before getting dismissed.

So your assessment skills of good cases is in "deep deep shit."

Good luck getting anything more than spin from him.

Except the SPLC claims it is nonpartisan.

They were secretly funding the very groups they opposed to keep those groups active. That in turn allowed them to use those groups as a basis for asking for donations.

They've already lost repeated cases of libel, and now they're getting fraud charges heaped on.
