It is used by some K-12 school districts in deep blue areas. "Taught" is not necessary as it can be used as a pedagogy. CRT isn't so much about race as a theory as it is about creating gradiences that play into Marxist ideology. You don't need CRT to teach that lynching, or otherwise mistreating one race by another (racism) is wrong. CRT is totally unnecessary for that.
