Let's ask Grok, shall we? "It analyzes how race, racism, and power interact, particularly through law and institutions..."
Let's not.

Here's how CRT works:

Peter McLaren (UCLA and an openly avowed Communist) invented Critical Pedagogy. This argues that all education should also be indoctrination and political.

This was taken by Derrick Bell (Harvard) took that and invented Critical Legal Theory from it. His argument was that the law was grounded, in part or whole, in race and racism. That is the law favored some races over others. This was sometimes referred to as Critical Race Theory by Bell and other advocates of this theory.

Where it became the full version of CRT is with Kimberle Crenshaw (UCLA and Columbia, another avowed Communist). She started with her theories on "Intersectionality" that for all intents argue that there is racism in most or all aspects of society and that these are interrelated. From there, she took Bell's CLT and applied Marxist didactic to it creating Critical Race Theory.

What CRT argues is that racism is systemic. That is, a group within society is racist even if some members of that group may not be. So, in CRT all Whites are racist. All Blacks are not racist, as two examples. This is just Marxist theory using race substituted for economics where the proletariat are oppressed and the bourgeoisie are oppressors. In CRT it is your race that counts. You are either an oppressor or oppressed depending on your group. By extension, Crenshaw applied the same idea to race.

Thus, anything labeled White is racist. The law, people, culture, etc. It is all racist. Blacks are oppressed so they are not racist. That's what CRT boils down to. It is just Marxism applied to race, and it is absolutely asininely, insanely, moronic and stupid. You have to be studiously stupid to buy into that. That's why it should be rejected in totality. It is an absurd theory based on a failed idea.

I see. And it is your claim that such a complicated idea is taught to preteens?

No. It is my claim that that idea is applied to grade appropriate lesson plans in K to 12. I linked to one such plan.

It could be a variant of this:
