Trump orders Pentagon to scale back joint exercises with South Korea

Donald Trump ordered the Pentagon on Sunday to scale back planned joint military exercises with South Korea, saying it declined to help denuclearize Iran and citing his good relationship with North Korea's Kim Jong Un.

Trump said in a social media post that the exercises slated to begin this week are not only costly but "send a signal that is totally inappropriate and hostile" to North Korea, which he said "has been unthreatening and respectful" during his time in the White House.

The move is the latest example of the president appearing to side against an ally in favor of a leader that previous administrations have cast as an adversary. Trump and others in his administration have also railed against NATO allies over perceived lack of support for his war against Iran, even as they seek to confront an increasingly aggressive Russia in the Baltic region.

It is also a sharp turnaround from how his administration has viewed South Korea in recent months.

Some allies deserve it, Jew?No!. I'd put Israel in that category.

THE South Koreans have been great supporters of the Empire....and yet look at how they get treated.....as the world watches.

Buckle Up Fuckers.....This will most certainly hurt.

What Americans don't understand is that South Koreans don't want to play the sharp confrontational role against China and North Korea.

Although both Japan and South Korea are seen by Americans as U.S. allies, there are some differences. Japan has broad public support for going to war with China, but South Korea does not.

South Korea or any other country has no business helping Trump out with the war of choice he started, it's Trump's clusterfuck, let him straighten it out?!!

I'm convinced Trump is the best asset of Russian, China and the DPRK. He's depleted our munitions in an unwinnable war, he's broken our relations with allies and coddled our enemies, he's dismantling our modern military to build a Vietnam-Era military and he's decimated our military leadership.

I wonder what Agent Krasnov is getting in return for all of this?

Is he afraid the Koreans will make us/him look bad?

He does enjoy sucking up to dictators.
