‘There's something uniquely despicable about lying a nation into war’

Wrong! Selective outrage on your part. You want Trump to have lied to get the US into a war with Iran. It is highly debatable if that's the case. Yet, when shown a case of what you are claiming only with a Democrat, where it is undisputable, suddenly you shift your argument from this being about Trump and demonstrating how he "lied" to defending the Democrat.

Ossoff was talking out his ass, and you are trying hard to kiss it.

A person outside the Luigi Mangione murder trial says " I think there is something uniquely despicable about murdering people over politicized views".

Terry the idiot replies : Luigi Mangione DID NOT uniquely murder anyone. Many such murders have been done and so you MUST name other people who have done them and YOU CANNOT just discuss your view of this type of murder generally.

Why does Terry think this?

Is it because he is correct? NO.

Is it because he is an idiot who struggles to comprehend discussion? YES.

Terry saying another person must be introduced into this discussion and no generalized discussion of 'such murders' can be had is just your stupidity and IS NOT correct.

You know whats more despicable? A retarded president opening the borders and allowing millions upon millions of illegals into the country while he mumbled and stumbled through his "presidency". For 4 years we have no fucking clue who was in charge. stfu
FLOL.

it was not that many days back where someone introduced Trump into a thread topic and you screamed for people to stick to the topic that was not about Trump.

You are such an empty shill hypocrite on every level.

Reductio ad absurdum fallacy.

Yes by using the word, "uniquely."

unique·ly
[juːˈniːkli]
adverb
uniquely (adverb)
  1. in a way that belongs or is connected to only one particular person or thing

Because it demonstrates that his statement is wrong. Even if you accept Trump lying to get into a war with Iran, it is not unique. Therefore, Ossoff's claim is wrong, as is the title of this thread.

No, I am not. I am pointing out that the thread title and OP are wrong and that the argument made is by extension wrong too.
This is well above the Kewpie Dolls' pay grade.

Id ignore the damage that retard you elected did to this country too if I was you but thank the good lord above Im not you

Not the point of this thread, but I also have pointed out that you are wrong in general on that.

According to Ossoff, and by you quoting him, it is. I proved that to be wrong.

If you want that version, it still slaps down LBJ but not Trump. LBJ's lie to get into Vietnam is undisputable. On the other hand, the situation with Iran has plenty of wiggle room for justification to engage in a war with that country.
Nope. Ossof is not saying that Trump is the first person in human history to tell lies to justify a war.

You'd have to be retarded to believe that's what he is saying.
Murder is uniquely despicable in the pantheon of human sins. We typically think murder is more sinister and inexcusable than lying, cheating, or stealing. That's the correct interpretation of "uniquely despicable".

What happened in 1964 has no effect on your life. That was 62 years ago and most of us either weren't born yet, or were just children.

The lies of your tangerine Messiah are affecting all of us here is a direct and harmful way.

Reductio ad absurdum fallacy.
Once again you use a fallacy that you clearly have no clue what is means.

There is no nexus between my post and the application of that fallacy. You again just utter words you do not comprehend, thinking they sound good.

Back to the topic your very point is Ossoff cannot make a generalized comment about a 'certain type of crime' as being a 'class of crime' he finds 'uniquely despicable', without you jumping in saying 'he is not allowed that view about that class of crimes and HE MUST discuss individuals who have done it'.

Your point is stupid. Neither Ossoff nor the person in my Liugi example need to offer a single example to say 'i find a certain class of crimes terrible'.

You think they do because you are stupid. NOt because you are correct.

Yup.

Terry is just stupid and does not understand that Ossoff comment applies to LBJ and EVERYONE (Bush Jr), etc) who has lied to US citizens about war.

None of them escape that generalized comment made by Ossoff.

It is not about Trump specifically or only, it is not about Bush Jr or LBJ specifically or only, but if they fall under the umbrella of doing this then Ossoff has expressed his disdain for 'that type of crime'.

BUt because of how severe Terry's TDS is, he sees this as an attack on Trump because Terry knows Trump has done this. So Terry wants every single other leader who has done it also named and says making the generalized statement is wrong without doing that.

He is not only wrong about this, but also stupid.

So quick to leap out of his chair to frantically defend his Messiah that he doesn't even slow down and digest what is actually said by Ossoff.

it is pure TDS.

If @T. A. Gardner thinks he sees someone giving Trump the side eye he leaps into defense mode so quickly that he does not even stop to ask himself if what he is saying makes any sense. He acts like those near Trump, who know Trump is watching them on tv to see if they defend him, do when they say things so patently retarded that the rest of us used to be shocked but no longer are.

I think Terry often imagines Trump reading his posts and him eventually getting invited to Mar A Lago. Hard to explain his level or retardation otherwise.

No need. Ossoff is in opposition to the current administration, as are you.

 Stop the presses! A Democrat dislikes a Republican POTUS and a member of his Cabinet!

He didn't name any of them, did he, fag?

Then there's the thread title.

No, it's your terminal level TDS that's the problem here. You'd defend Stalin or Hitler if they were opposed to Trump. Your vicarial hatred of him consumes you totally.

Ossoff: ‘Something uniquely despicable about lying a nation into war’

Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-Ga.) on Sunday took a swing at President Trump over the Iran war, saying he lied “the nation into a war.”

During a Sunday rally in Atlanta, the Georgia Democrat went after Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth for their management of the war against Iran.

“Remember, last year, they claimed Iran’s nuclear program had been obliterated? Then, this year, they claimed it posed an imminent nuclear threat? Both times, lies. On day one of the war, listen to this, day one, the president said the war was quote, ‘Ahead of schedule.’ Ahead of schedule. On day four, he declared victory. Today is day 170,” said Ossoff, who is running for reelection this year.

The senator then turned his criticism to Hegseth.

“Listen to this, on day nine of the war, the incompetent Pete Hegseth guaranteed Iranian surrender. On day 14, he claimed Iran’s military had been destroyed. On day 40, he said every single objective had been achieved. That was four months ago,” Ossoff added.

The Georgia Democrat later stated that “there’s something uniquely despicable about lying a nation into war, treating citizens as fools and those who serve as pawns.”

Following in W's footsteps.

I think your Iran War was a dumb ass idea from the beginning, it's as simple as that.

If you and Trump had followed my advice, it would have benefited the Republican Party electorally. If my advice would have benefited your party, my goals are obviously not hyper-partisan

The quibbling is about "uniquely"; seems there is agreement on "despicable".
@T. A. Gardner knows Trump fits in to that class of crime Ossoff mentioned and due to his TDS assumed he was singling out Trump.

If a person tomorrow says 'I think ripping off veterans by defrauding seniors thru fake charities is a uniquely reprehensible crime, Terry again would lose it, as Trump has done that crime Terry would cry 'you need to name other people who have done it'.

No one needs to do that. Like Ossoff did, which caught up LBL, Bush JR and Trump in the class of crime he identified, no one needs to name any individuals to say they find the class of crime uniquely offensive to them.

Defenses of Trump are almost always attacks on his critics rather than defenses of the criticized conduct/behavior. Not difficult to understand why.
