Despite the Judge releasing the $5M plus winnings to E Jean from her first case after Trump had lost at every level possible (appelate and Supreme Court), poor DonOld the rapist still could not handle the loss and truth of him being found to be a rapist. So he filed an emergency 'Do Over' motion to the Supreme Court, asking them to 'reconsider', something there is almost no history of the SC doing. But Trump used that to ask the lower courts to block E Jean utlizing any of the money while sending E Jeans lawyers notice of same.

Well the SC has spoken again and affirmed the finding of Trump being a rapist will not be over turned and E Jean gets to keep the money.

SO LETS ALL CELEBRATE WITH E JEAN, AS A SURVIVOR, and someone who has endured Trumps frivolous litigation attempts despite knowing he raped her.

Now on to the $83.3 million defamation judgment which is currently pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.

The high court is expected to decide whether to take up the case or just allow the rulings to stand and the betting odds say the rapist in Chief will not get the SC to save him again this time by hearing this appeal, and E Jean will RIGHTLY get this money too.

And since Trump was forced to put up the full bond and then add to it cover any interest due it would accrue when E Jean wins again, once again E Jean will get all her money and not have to chase Trump (to the hate filled @TOP dismay who stated as fact "she will never get penny")

Trump will explode with a new round of E Jean defamations when the SC turns down his appeal on the $83M award.

I really hope E Jean finds it in her, as a public service to sue a third time and to again not ask for any specific amount of money, like she did not with the $83M and instead just ask the Jury to assess what amount they think it will take to stop the defamations? I am sure the Jury award will be $250M or more on this third offense as they assess $83M did not slow him one bit.

Trump is so stupid he would not be able to help himself. He would continue to defame E Jean all the way thru and then with a new even bigger judgment he would do it even more, setting up the next lawsuit. And E Jean should have her lawyers sue each and every time creating an infinite payment loop.
