You can clearly see him notice the pen in that video and then scope to see if anyone is watching before he steals and pockets it.
I guess he either forgot about the cameras everywhere or more likely expected the person who lost it to have no clue where he did lose it and thus no clue who to ask to help him find it.
I used to take them from the pen jar at my doctor’s office.
Not sure if that was stealing or not. It had the doc’s practice name on it.
I have too many pens now. You couldn’t give me one.

That message, as stupid as it is, alone is enough for the core magat voters to convince themselves they must put aside Ken Paxton immorality, and vote for him.
The test is which way latino voters in Texas go. If they swing away from Magats in a big big way, which they might, then this could be a big loss in Texas not just in this race but in many redistricted areas where the magats are counting on that vote and without out put otherwise safe seats at risk.
