Its not according to me its according to what I posted. You get that right? Its not my opinion its whats there in black and white. Japan spends less money on education but its safer there.
Um it's YOUR opinion that the lack of funding is not one of the reasons for the downfall.

Its not my opinion that Japan spends less money than the US on education. You said we have eroding values and morals because education went downhill. You said it went downhill because of lack of funding. If Japan spends less than us but its safer, then lack of funding cant be the reason its safer or cause of the erosion of values and morals.
