So each and every future POTUS can start stupid and unnecessary wars and then 'quit' them and that is all it will take to get magats like Jerry to say they are 'winning by definition'.

Because incremental improvement is having every future POTUS know the way to fix things if they are having a terrible term is as Jerry says, to go out and start some unnecessary war, cause all sorts of hardship on the economy and then quit it so you can claim the 'quitting as a win'.

Is it an incremental improvement if an arsonist helps put out the fire he started just before the building burns all the way down... YES.

Will i label that arsonist a 'winner', like Jerry would for that... NO.

Right but there is no denying if every future POTUS starts stupid wars you ignore that part and call them a 'winner' based on then stopping it.

That the path to being a winner in your view, if struggling, is to go and start a war (Wag the Dog) and then quit it.

You will then praise that POTUS as a 'winning' for quitting it.
