It's a way to keep from getting your posts taken down and your account deleted. @Damocles deserves a lot of praise for letting us say "kill" on JPP.

If they're QUALIFIED then why is DEI necessary?DEI merely gives minorities an opportunity to get a job that they are QUALIFIED for. I see why you want it gone.
If they're QUALIFIED then why is DEI necessary?
After a century of being shut out of jobs they qualified for, some thought that minorities should get some preferential treatment so they could get on the road to solvency and estate building. It is logical and humane. Do you really not understand that? Why, "racism" and "sexism", which could be defined as preferential treatment based on immutable physical characteristics to the detriment of others.
DEI used to be called "reverse racism", but it's not. It's preferential treatment based on immutable physical characteristics to the detriment of others.
MAGAts AKA White Nationalists equate Affirmative Action with DEI and seek to erase all history of non-whites in America.DEI merely gives minorities an opportunity to get a job that they are QUALIFIED for. I see why you want it gone.
Thats the easiest question in the world to answer, Jason Arday is responsible. Who the fuck else would be responsible?

Then why was Arday appointed as the youngest professor at Cambridge when all the warning signs about him were in plain sight?DEI merely gives minorities an opportunity to get a job that they are QUALIFIED for. I see why you want it gone.

Most of my queries to these freaks are too uncomfortable for them to answer. I only ask because I suspect it makes them squirm. Are you expecting a relevant reply from him?

For putting him in positions he may not have been qualified for maybe but not for his death. The self-hating white lefties who failed to exercise their due diligence because of the color of Arday's skin share the blame, IMO.

Which suggest you thing they had some level of responsibility for it. Thats what blame is. He is 100% responsible for what happened to him. Nothing was done to him.I didn't say they were responsible for his suicide, did I? I said that they share the blame.

Its irrelevant to me as I dont see anyone but Arday having blame, responsibility or whatever word you want to use for his death.Shared blame is not the same as assigning responsibility. While shared blame focuses on finding fault and can create a victim mentality, assigning responsibility involves recognizing one's role in a situation and promoting accountability for actions taken.
Many lefties disagree, as a matter of fact.
Do many people blame others for causing Jason Arday's suicide?
Yes—a noticeable number of people, especially on social media, have blamed the media, Cambridge University, and the academics who exposed or reported the allegations for the pressure surrounding Jason Arday’s death.
His family said that a “campaign of misinformation” had been too much for him, while some commentators argued that he had been subjected to excessive public scrutiny and personal attacks. One social-media post reportedly named 26 journalists and called for information about them, suggesting that some supporters viewed the press as responsible.
