The assault on freedom of the press has nothing to do with "doxxing,." as your hive well knows - you don't because you don't have a mind - but your hive does.
Show me where in the bill/law the journalists are not allowed to investigate fraud.

The "Stop Nick Shirley" law specifically targets journalists who expose fraud, particularly fraud ties to government (democrat) operations. democrats acted to end freedom of the press after independent journalist Shirley exposed massive, pervasive, and state government condoned fraud in hospice and elder care.
Showing a "hospice" operation where there are no patients, no equipment, no trained staff, isn't "doxxing" as Lefty is lying, it's reporting. It's investigative journalism that is the right of every American.

The Legislature finds and declares that this act imposes a limitation on the public’s right of access to the meetings of public bodies or the writings of public officials and agencies within the meaning of Section 3 of Article I of the California Constitution.
