So you would have let thousands of US Auto workers lose their jobs , plus other workers in the US economy. it s a fact that for every ONE auto worker you put to work If I remember right at least 10 other people get put to work.
I might be wrong on that number but it is a large amount of people.
And that would have put us into another deep recession.
