So because you hate Tesla (for whatever reason) you think you have the right to deface someone else's car?

Afterthought: If he were to vandalize a Tesla, the camera system would record the act, and it would be acceptable as evidence in a court of law.
Courts in the US and elsewhere have accepted it in vandalism, theft, crash, and even nearby-crime cases. Police have used it to identify suspects, make arrests, and obtain warrants; owners have used it in civil claims.
Tesla’s built-in cameras often catch vandalism and the footage is routinely used as evidence. The system is called Sentry Mode.

No, it does not. It looks like a robot scheduled for release at the end of 2027. In otherwords, it does ot exist on the market, and will not for another year and a half.

WinterBorn, what Tesla currently produces for retail is irrelevant to whether the image in the OP is a car or a robot.

That is a robot.
Tesla also builds those robots. They exist as prototypes and internal factory units. Tesla has not released them for public sale. Those two facts are true.
Your argument keeps collapsing into: the thing in the X post is a car because Tesla’s storefront still sells cars. That does not follow.
The post is about Optimus. The video shows Optimus.
Jerry’s reply is about Optimus. Nothing makes Optimus, the robot, a car.
