Becoming an FBI agent used to require a law degree, or some equivalent speciality. Now they are taking FBI agents who have fucked chickens.

If an applicant is not smart enough, or focused enough even to get a high school diploma, they are probably not going to do well in most jobs that require thinking. There was a time that intelligent young men would drop out of high school without being complete idiots. They were needed on the farm, or to fight Indian raids, but now failure to get an education is a huge red flag.
 
Applicants who have stolen from employers are allowed, as long as it was over three years ago. If they have not been caught stealing from their jobs in the last three years, that is fine. If an applicant fails a drug test, he is allowed to retake the drug test as many times as he wants, until he passes the drug test. They will even give applicants advice in how to cheat the drug test.

They are accepting FBI agents who I literally would not hire to work at McDonald's.

Like you can now keep retaking the drug test until you pass, and if you are a white male they will help you cheat on the test. The educational standards have been thrown away, if you "look the part." You are even allowed to have stolen from past employers.
