If he had stayed gay, and filed the right paperwork, he would be a US citizen now. He married a US citizen 9 years ago.is he illegally here?
I believe this is a political deportation.

Far-right political commentator and deportation advocate Milo Yiannopoulos is currently in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody facing a final order of removal, according to U.S. officials and agency records.
Yiannopoulos, who is British, was apprehended in the New Orleans area and is being held in a Louisiana ICE holding facility, the U.S. officials said. A Department of Homeland Security spokesperson said Yiannopoulos came to the U.S. legally in 2019 but "chose to overstay his welcome in violation of our nation's laws."
The DHS spokesperson said Yiannopoulos was given a final order of removal by an immigration judge on July 22, after failing to show for his immigration hearing. DHS said he will remain in ICE custody pending removal.
Yiannopoulos, who was banned from Twitter for several years for hateful attacks against comedian Leslie Jones, has been a supporter of ICE's immigration enforcement efforts in the past.

Milo Yiannopoulos Deported, Apparently Because of Laura Loomer Feud
Right-wing provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos, a British citizen who has made attention-getting stunts and far-right American politics his raison d'être over the last decade, has ironically been caught up in the sort of ICE action he's vocally supported.sfist.com
"As the New York Times reports, the arrest of Yiannopoulos comes after years in which fellow right-wing provocateur Laura Loomer, with whom he's had a falling out, had been publicly calling for his deportation — announcing online that he was in the US on an expired visa. That appears to be true, and Yiannopoulos allegedly last entered the country legally in 2019 on a temporary visa."
Don't pretend you care about "the law" shit-stain.
Once again you inbred retarded fuck, nothing to do with ICE nor the topic. You always make it very clear you inbredness is multi-generational.You said that when ICE busted that MAGA dirtbag, it proved that under trump, "the law applies to everyone".
I simply gave you examples of where, under trump, the law only applies to those he sees as political enemies.
I love slapping the fuck out your dumb, inbred MAGAtard ass.
Once again you birth defected piece of redneck trash, you said "the law applies to everyone".Once again you inbred retarded fuck, nothing to do with ICE nor the topic. You always make it very clear you inbredness is multi-generational.

ICE works for trump. They are part of the Federal gub'mint which trump controls just like the DOJ and the FBI etc. And under trump, no matter what agency, the law does not apply to everyone equally. If you're a trump ally, you get a pass on everything. It makes zero difference which agency it is, they're all corrupt under trump.
PureFACT CHECK
ICE is an executive-branch agency that answers to the President through DHS, just as DOJ and the FBI do.
That does not mean that “allies get a pass on everything” is a complete description of how enforcement actually works.
Structure and control
ICE is a component of the Department of Homeland Security. The ICE Director is appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate (the agency has operated with acting directors for years). The Secretary of Homeland Security, also a presidential appointee, oversees it. The President sets enforcement priorities through executive orders, personnel choices, budget requests, and policy memos. Congress funds the agency and writes the underlying statutes; courts and inspectors general provide some check. That is how the executive branch works under any president.
The same chain of command applies to DOJ (Attorney General) and the FBI (Director, who serves a statutory term but can be removed). Presidents have always used these levers. Under the current administration, ICE’s budget and staffing surged (including large increases via 2025 reconciliation legislation), interior arrests rose sharply, and priorities shifted toward broader civil immigration enforcement rather than a narrower focus on recent border crossers or those with serious criminal records. That is policy direction, not ICE “working for Trump”.
“The law does not apply equally” / “allies get a pass”
This claim needs evidence rather than assertion. ICE’s core job is civil and criminal immigration enforcement. There is no public record of ICE systematically declining to enforce immigration law against Trump-supporting noncitizens while targeting others for the same status. Arrests have expanded to include people with pending asylum claims, and people previously given temporary status. ACLU, NYT data analysis, and the Brennan Center document a drop in the share of arrestees with violent convictions. Supporters treat this as restoring statutory enforcement that prior administrations deprioritized. Those are arguments about which laws and which people get priority—not evidence that ICE is handing “passes on everything” to political allies.
What SO MAD's statement gets wrong
“It makes zero difference which agency it is” and “they’re all corrupt under Trump” collapse distinct functions and legal authorities into one accusation. Immigration statutes, criminal statutes, and civil-rights statutes are different.
Enforcement priorities change with administrations; both parties have accused the other of two-tier justice (Hunter Biden handling under Biden
Absolute language (“everything,” “zero difference,” “all”) is not supported by the record.
ICE is enforcing immigration law more aggressively because the White House directed it to and Congress funded it.
Those are two related but not identical facts. Treating them as identical is the part that does not hold up.

In September 2017, 9 years ago, Yiannopoulos married a male American citizen. Being married for 9 years would have gotten him American citizenship, or at least a green card, so what went wrong? Yiannopoulos went through conversion therapy, because he decided homosexuality was a sin. He start a brutal divorce with his spouse, which does not help the issue. He never applied for a green card.Who told you that, @Walt?

It was a major news story at the time. I do not communicate with Yiannopoulos directly, but I publicly wished him well for his marriage. To check I had remembered the details correctly, I looked it up on Wikipedia. Yiannopoulos married a male US citizen 9 years ago.
