Judge declares mistrial in Lindsay Clancy case

I find it impossible to believe that a young mother who murders her own little children and then paralyzes herself jumping out a window is sane. If that's sane, what's insane?

The jury was hung by one bible-thumping asshole, a man, who held out for Murder I.
It reinforces my hatred for religious zealots.

I would have held out for not guilty by reason of insanity.
Anything else seems patently absurd to me.

So u must also find it impossible to believe that a young man Jeffrey Dahmer who kills has sex with dead bodies keeps body parts in refrigerator cooked and ate those parts is sane....If that's sane, what's insane?

I tell ya,...LWers have to be theeeeeeeeeeee dumbest people on EARTH. We can get them to take ANY point of view we want them too even though it makes them look like shit simply by taking the side of right. Play them for fools anytime we want. The trial starts over, with a new jury, and with both sides knowing the others strategy... Or some sort of plea bargain is offered.

Lindsay Clancy is 36 years old. I do not know there is a number of years that would be tolerable to both sides, but there might be. 20 years has her getting out at 56... And before anyone complains she should be doing more, remember you have to get her to agree to a plea bargain. Her motivation is herself.
