I have pointed out prior that one of the things Trump has done has told 'criminals' and 'fraudsters' and 'grifters' they need to dream bigger and up their game.
Prior to Paxton i would say George Santos was the best proof of Trump emboldened grifters and criminals to dream bigger and believe they too could be POTUS.
People called out Santos for his stealing Charity funds from veterans and animals and kids, while ignoring Trump created an entire charity targeting to steal money from veterans and animals and kids and had to close it in plea deals when caught by gov't.
People called out Santos for taking in Campaign funds and using them for personal needs while ignoring Trump has taken in millions doing that and much worse. Trump puts his most loyal supporters, wanting to help him and donate once on Autopay and empties their bank account without them knowing.
And so on and so on.
People like Santos and Paxton would have never run prior to Trump, and now grifters and con men and fraudsters all across the US see what Trump did and are inspired to run.
When they aren't trying to decriminalize sex with them?
