Judge strikes down Trump policy that cut millions in teacher-training money

I see, not training teachers is a solution?
That's what is happening now.

States and localities, particularly ones with very strong teachers unions, see competency requirements especially ongoing ones, as biased and even racist. They want standards dropped for teachers because so many fail to meet the standard.

Again, defunding teacher training is the soluition?

It is if it does so to colleges of education.

We can go back to teachers getting 'real' degrees in something other than teaching then taking a few--two or three at most--classes on teaching methods that focus on teaching methods. Colleges of education today are hotbeds for the radical Left to indoctrinate 'teachers' into all sorts of non-teaching political nonsense.

Never heard of that. Source?

Congress has control over the purse. When trump tries to take control, it is important that the courts slap him down.
Trump has control over the administration of those funds and a duty to make sure they are spent as Congress decreed. What the courts are doing, like in this case, are usurping that role and taking it on themselves to be the arbiters of how the administration is run. That is clearly a violation of separation of powers.

Pay attention adhd boy. I said the federal govt has no constitutional authority to be involved in education no matter who has control over the purse
