Why did they keep coming back?

They knew this involved a creepy older man who wanted massages and sex, yet they returned willingly for years and accepted money, tuition, luxury items, and other benefits.

I believe they made the choice to continue returning. It only became a problem decades later when they saw there was a possble windfall from being a so-called victim.

I've never doubted that was the case. They decided they were "victims" once someone figured out there was political capital to be made.
 
The last thing the runners of the Epstein blackmail/intel operation wanted was for the bait to be a problem....every effort was made to have only girls who wanted to be there, and to keep them happy..... and there was lots of money to make that happen.
 
Carrots and Sticks.....I would be shocked if it never happened that bait became a problem and was killed.....some people claim that there were very young girls who were killed as part of SOP.
