It could be enough to sway a local or state election, and those count too. It is another Leftist canard of bullshit that elections can't be swayed by small amounts of voter fraud. They always trot out Presidential elections as the standard. Well, local and state elections have been swayed by voter fraud in the past, even recent past (say last 20 to 30 years) because of voter fraud. So, it IS a problem.

I'll start with Darializa Avila Chevalier, who is on the NY ticket as the Democrat running for NY 13th district for the House. Since running for this office she has said she is not a Communist and tried to distance herself from her previous Marxist and Communist views and comments. She says this is just a "distraction."
She's a Communist with a long history of supporting Communist and Marxist views. She is a member of the DSA whose chair and co-chair are both Communists.
Many DSA members are also committee members on the Red Star Caucus, part of that party's organization, including the DSA's co-chair.
