there is no excuse. They have been in power long enough to change it. Im guessing its for the farmers to have some guaranteed income off of corn. But its always BUT BIDEN PELOSI and OBAMA.........while they have controlled most of govt for over a decade now
The aircraft fuel situation is desperate as well....America has been doing its best to keep Europe supplied but even with the refineries running full tilt not yet blown up by the resistance they cant fully do it.....and they must start taking their maintenance periods or they blow up for not.
