Trump Says He Has Banned CNN, MS NOW and Politico From White House

Why isn’t CNN airing it…in the public interest?

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires broadcast radio and television stations to operate in the "public interest, convenience, and necessity" as a condition of holding their licenses to use the public airwaves
Correct.

And "public interest" does not equal allowing a free streaming of lies, propoganda and other misinformation.

To not air live and instead excerpt and air with fact checks later is responsible journalism and what is SHOULD be done by all media, when faced with a stream of non stop lies and misinformation.

Accuracy and fact checking news is the core of 'responsible reporting'.

They are NOT TO BE simply word amplifiers, relaying what others say without that fact check standard.

You do realize that when you post on a public forum, all members are allowed to respond.

I am beginning to believe that you are not ready for the ”show,”…the big leagues.

Single A perhaps.

Immanuel Kant’s main theory in ethics is Kantian deontology, a duty-based framework asserting that the moral worth of an action is determined by adherence to universal rules rather than the action's consequences.

This is garbage.

Who gets to determine the universal rules?
God, at least he determines the rules of this world we're in, because he made it.
And they are set. Make no mistake about that.

Failure to air a major presidential policy speech at the UN shows a clear bias to conceal his policy…a clear violation of the FCC regulations.

In the public interest.

It is in the public interest to arrest Trump and have him before a firing squad.

What the FCC Regulates on Cable
    • Infrastructure and General Rules: The FCC oversees interstate and international wire and cable communications, ensuring fair competition and technical standards.

Cable TV uses satellites.

Satellites typically use radio frequencies between 1 GHz and 40 GHz, divided into specific lettered bands depending on their specific job. According to the ESA Satellite frequency bands guide

Satellites may be used by the cable TV company to get their signal into the main distribution system where the customers are. For instance, the cable company may receive a satellite feed from the big networks to one or several large dish antennas in the Denver metro area, and then distribute the signal to all their subscribers in the Denver area.
Irrelevant. The FCC has no regulatory oversight on cable programming. Hume is correct.

I am of the opinion that that the Secret Service would consider her a crazy old loon who has no self-control…no self discipline…a minor leaguer.
