He doesn't ban it. He simply allows and uses additional content and fact checks added to it. The Left bans, gets rid of, doesn't allow, content they disagree with.
For example, on X you post some false drivel about something or content most people disagree with. Other users, and even moderators, post additional content and fact checks showing your post is full of shit. It's all there to see. On Blue Sky or DU, or the like, doing the same thing gets you banned and your post(s) removed. You are eliminated. No debate, no discussion. You are gone.
When X was Twitter, the same thing happened. You got banned and your content was taken down.
