12b is subjective. I was on a site where talking about someone's family was an instant permaban. No warning, nothing, you were instantly gone.

Crybullies like Dutch who never get banned used it to bait noobs into a permaban. Once Facebook and Twitter came out, noobs stopped signing up, so the site turned into a huge Pussy Posse.

No, I suspect Dutch imbibed recreational drugs and caused permanent brain damage.
Now he hallucinates, suffers from schizophrenia, and is focused primarily on his adolescent posting.
There is unfortunately no cure for his condition. The best his mental institution can do is to try to mitigate it, but they don't have much success.
He routinely violates rules 12c and 16, but no one ever enforces it.

Things seem to have settled down somewhat. Response is back to normal as of 9pm PDT.
