And the magat Justices created via SC vote the concept that does not exist in the Constitution of Presidential Immunity.

Something if either the Executive or Congress would have tried to create would require a full blown Constitutional Amendment process involving super majorities in each house with State votes also passing it.

They just decided they would write a Constitutional Amendment because they could.
