He pleaded not guilty, but let's think about how preposterous it is for the FBI to indict someone for lying to them when they are such huge liars and perjurers themselves.
Here's a statement that was released by FISA Court judge Rosemary Collyer, about the amount of lying and evidence fabrication by the FBI during the collusion witch hunt:
If the FBI are caught lying to a judge, and no one goes to jail, then how can they put other people in jail just for lying to them?
How do we know if people really lied to them, without relying on their version of the story, which is 100% doubtful? So what if the FBI say that someone lied, that could very well just be the FBI lying again. They might even know that what the person said was true, but they are "withholding evidence detrimental to their case" again...
And how many times did Hillary lie to the FBI? She even had evidence destroyed after it was subpoenaed... Still nothing...
I get that the FBI is being run by a guy that's pretty legit right now, but there are likely still thousands of liars there. I don't see how their word that someone else lied to them should be allowed to hold up in court.

- “The frequency with which representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case, calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable,” Collyer wrote.
- "representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession" is just a fancy way of saying 'outright lies'.
- "they withheld information".... omission of material information is an extremely serious form of lying.
- "calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable"... that means that the FBI led so much during crossfire hurricane that they lost all credibility, ranging far beyone that one investigation, and into all of their other investigations
