California lands six universities in the global top 25

Nope. You literally mentioned living in Louisiana
So did you . So there’s where you live. Another lie. Besides, I gave your little sawed off alcoholic and benzodiazepine addict “friend” all the information he needs to look up my houses in Anchorage borough and Hawaii county.
If he’s too busy binge watching tv in his recliner I’ll be happy to give you the same thing.

and you hollered about how you would rather attend NW Louisiana State than Harvard
Still would. What’s that got to do with living in AK and HI?

I'll take this as your admission you lied about me never living in New Orleans, and you lied that I had no basis to believe you lived in Louisiana.

It's really funny that you have repeatedly failed, over and over and over and over and over to prove your claim that I am a notorious "liar" 🤣

Oil business dried up in 1986 in NO. They moved to Houston.
Another lie!
Pretends to be an expert in an industry he never worked in.

So now you have to resort to lying to try to prove I am a notorious "liar", LOL

In the 1990s several of the major petroleum multinationals maintained offices in N.O. That's not even to mention the small and medium independents.

I grew up there. Left in 1991. Oil business dried up after the 1986 glut.
Besides they never would’ve hired an oceanographer. They employed engineers and geologists.

Like who? Entire buildings were vacated.
That's not even to mention the small and medium independents.
They’re still there. Little “businesses” that collect gas royalties from land they own. That’s about it.

Oh you lived there. But you were no oceanographer. Waiter more likely.

and you lied that I had no basis to believe you lived in Louisiana.
You don’t. I was born and raised there. But stated many times that I live in AK & HI.
Douche even knows my addresses there.

Just proved it several times that you are. LOL

Man you are really dumb. The ups and downs of the business cycle isn't remotely even proof that all oil companies decamped from NO in the 1980s.
Besides they never would’ve hired an oceanographer. They employed engineers and geologists.
What a nitwit.
You can search until the cows come home and you'll never find a post of mine saying my career was oceanography.

The only thing I ever wrote was that I was accepted at the Scripps Institute (to study marine geology), but my focus and my graduate school went down another path.
Like who? Entire buildings were vacated!
 Pretends to be an expert in an industry he never worked in, lol.

I worked on Poydras Street, parked in the Superdome, and worked on the offshore West Delta 73 oil field. One of the world's largest multinational petroleum companies paid me to work in that building.

Man, your brain is fried. I didn't say anything about what is happening in the year 2026. Everything I wrote was about the mid to late 1990s.

Bottom line, you failed so repeatedly and so miserably at proving your claim I am a notorious liar, that you ended up having to lie to "prove" I am a liar, LOL

I don't give a shit about your address or what you did in Alaska. I've never given a shit about you. Your fascination with me is strictly a one way street. If I wasn't getting notifications you are composing posts to me, I would barely notice you are here.

You worked in the hospitality sector!
Now I see why this thread made you so agitated.

Prior to 72 hours ago you had a caricature of me in which you assumed, wished, and hoped I was a college dropout slogging it through a series of mediocre jobs.

You shouldn't get aggrieved that what you assumed and wished about me isn't even remotely close to being an accurate caricature.

You really should not even be spending time thinking about my life and what you wish were true about it. That's just weird.

Shell USA still maintains an office in New Orleans. ExxonMobil only closed their N.O. office in 2003.

So it's obvious you were lying that all the oil companies decamped and abandoned N.O. back in the 1980s.
Chevron also had an office in New Orleans until 2008.

So that's at least three of major multinational petroleum companies maintaining offices in N.O. when I was there in the 1990s: Shell USA, ExxonMobil, Chevron.

So it's obvious @Moosakofsky was massively lying that all the oil companies decamped and abandoned N.O. back in the 1980s.

United Faculty-UAW union members showed up and showed out for a “Respect the Vote” rally at Tommy Trojan Wednesday afternoon. The rally was hosted in the wake of USC’s continuous effort to challenge the results of the June election, where 70% of non-tenure-track faculty voted in favor of a union.

After RTPC faculty voted, the university submitted a Request for Review on June 2 to the four-person NLRB board in Washington, three of which are Trump appointees that previously served as labor lawyers for corporations such as Boeing.
