Renee Good's family sues Trump administration over fatal Minneapolis shooting

She did not ram a cop.
Yes, she did. There's video evidence of that. There are medical records for the officer getting treated for injuries after being hit. She also tried to drive away with an officer at the driver's window questioning her. Driving away after being detained--detained, not arrested--by an officer is felony flight. Hitting an officer is another felony and sufficient reason for an officer to use their firearm.

She and her idiot 'partner' shouldn't have even been there to begin with. She brought that shit storm down on herself. No one but her is to blame for that.

Oct 1 (Reuters) - The family of Renee Good, one of two US citizens fatally shot by federal immigration agents in Minneapolis in January, sued the Trump administration on Thursday, saying there had been "no accountability" for her killing during deportation sweeps.

Yes there was. She tried to run over an ICE officer with her car, and elude the law, so they shot her.
Frivolous lawsuits like this should carry a higher penalty for filing them.

Listen to the Minnesota Prosecutor, Mary Moriarty, whining that she's worried federal agents won't share information with them...

That fat pig is standing right beside Keith Ellison, the guy who kept the Floyd bodycam footage hidden for months while riots were destroying his state.

The Minnesota lawfare office shouldn't even be allowed to operate anymore it's so corrupt.

Just a matter of time before an ambulance chaser appeared. The family no doubt put out bids.

Game, set, match.

Man, this thread blew up in OP's face like something Wile E. Coyote bought from ACME so he could get The Roadrunner.

Wrong. Meritless lawsuits like that rarely ever make it to court.
One small problem with your statement. In order to sue the government, you first have to make a tort claim six months before filing suit. That tort claim is where the meritless claims disappear. By the time the suit is filed, it has enough merit to make it to court.
