Renee Good's family sues Trump administration over fatal Minneapolis shooting

Man, this thread blew up in OP's face like something Wile E. Coyote bought from ACME so he could get The Roadrunner.

The lawsuit will do the same - BUT the commies will use if for political theater. One of the "October Surprise" actions. Some lefty activist "judge" will agree to hear it and give the Marxists a stage for their performative art. Perhaps months of stage plays before it's released and the Brown Shirts are dispatched to riot over the verdict.

One small problem with your statement. In order to sue the government, you first have to make a tort claim six months before filing suit. That tort claim is where the meritless claims disappear. By the time the suit is filed, it has enough merit to make it to court.
You think that "Our daughter was dumb enough to drive her car into a LEO that she had been harassing all day. We blame the president" has merit?

Lemme guess: you also thought that "In about 1995 or 1996 I brought a guy into a dep't store changeroom to model some lingerie for him and then he pushed me against the wall and kissed me, and I giggled, then he put some fingers in my cooter and I giggled again, then he maybe stuck it in me or maybe didn't, I don't remember that either, but I pushed him away with one arm and left. No one heard anything" was rape...

Poor Li'l Dick.

LOL. I see you are too stupid to actually understand the lawsuit. The President is not being blamed since he is not a party to the lawsuit.

You were raped in 1995 or 1996?
Poor Li'l Dick.

Yes there was. She tried to run over an ICE officer with her car, and elude the law, so they shot her.
Frivolous lawsuits like this should carry a higher penalty for filing them.
I don't think she intentionally meant to hit the officer. She was panicking and wanted to flee the scene before being arrested, something that she likely thought was going to happen. It doesn't help that her idiot "partner" was outside the vehicle aging on the officers. Contempt of cop is never a smart thing to do.

What started for her as a fun, juvenile level, protest of ICE escalated quickly into a confrontation with law enforcement, and she was unprepared, likely even stunned and surprised by the pushback, and then panicked and tried to flee.

Start to finish she was totally to blame for any of this occurring. No one else is at fault.

Yes she did.

There was no panicking. Just Karen-like anger. She felt entitled to run over any officer in her way.

Never a good idea.

Trying to flee by running down an ICE officer and putting another in danger.
Start to finish she was totally to blame for any of this occurring. No one else is at fault.
Quite right.

In my opinion frivolous lawsuits like this should carry a higher penalty for filing them.

I didn't waste my time reading it.
I just saw that the lawsuit was against "the Trump Administration" so I figured that it involved... Trump.

Try to keep up.
Poor little cult member WCM.
I'm the one that's making sense here, Li'l Dick.

You're the one who thinks that the family of a Darwin Award Grand Champion can sue the rake she intentionally stepped on.

Ah. You assumed and we all know what that makes you. A cult member.

Only to other cult members.

I guess being in a cult you think people can sue inanimate objects. Or are you saying Trump is a vegetable?

Yet she did, and that's all we have to go on.

Fixed it for ya.
No, I don't think she did. We can't know what was in her mind, but her and her 'partner's' attitudes towards the ICE agents was one of both contempt mixed with a confidence they'd do nothing to either of them. You see that in her responses to the officer at her driver's side window and her 'partner's' taunting the officer on its side of the vehicle. That confidence probably came from online chats and radical Leftist bullshit that said as much.

When it became obvious to her that the ICE officer at her window was going to arrest her--ordering her to open her door and step out of the vehicle--all that changed and panic set in. All of a sudden, it was no longer childish fun and games, it was serious adult stuff and she was headed to jail.

She likely wasn't even particularly looking ahead of the vehicle. All her intent and focus was on getting the hell out of there ASAP and avoiding arrest. No thinking. No calculating. Just panic.

Women in that situation normally don't react with thinking. They simply run on emotion and a survival instinct.

Ah. You assumed and we all know what that makes you. A cult member.
FYI we call you guys cultists because you still shriek that things are true long after they have been proven to be false, not because you make realistic assumptions like "If they're accusing the Trump administration then they must be blaming Trump as well."
Does that make sense, Li'l Dick?
I guess being in a cult you think people can sue inanimate objects. Or are you saying Trump is a vegetable?
Stop trying to use words you don't understand.

No, I don't think she did. We can't know what was in her mind,
You're correct to say that we can't read her mind, and since she hit him with her car, we can only assume that she hit him with her car.

Are you required to let people try to kill you at work? Do you have to just let people do that, or are you allowed to try to prevent them from killing you?

Pro tip: Don't try to run over cops.
but her and her 'partner's' attitudes towards the ICE agents was one of both contempt
Leftists were calling them Nazis and other horrible names. They were harassing ICE non-stop, and making their jobs much more dangerous and fruitless than they otherwise would have been. Then one of them hit a cop with her car.

You can't just run your mouth at Mike tyson all day and then expect him to be forgiving if you trip and knock down a girl that he's with.

So what happened was, Good and her retarded friends just pushed and pushed and pushed and pushed aICE all day and then when she became an imminent existential threat she god killed. BooHoo. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

The Dems are more to blame than the WH was.

The Dems were LOVING the anti-ICE protests, they were encouraging them, and I can guarantee you that they are not unhappy about the death of Renee Good. Quite the opposite. They feel like Good's death will net them hundreds of thousands of votes, and that's all they care about.
